After Sales Support Manager
Location: Athens or Thessaloniki
Responsibilities
- Oversees and manages the service team in Greece & Turkey
- Responsible for the spare parts of mobile phones and tablets: orders, inventory, customer service
- Communication with external collaborators for service issues, in order to coordinate repairs and customer service
- Creation and update of various reports in excel format
- 10-15% travels abroad will be required
Academic and Professional background
- AEI or TEI degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field is essential
- Excellent command of the English language and MS Office
- Any level of Turkish language skills is desired, but not essential
