Job Description

The aim is to provide customized solutions to Hotels, including AC, TV, mini-bar and network solutions.
As a B2B Account Manager, you will have the chance to:
- Visit your assigned territory regularly to present, educate & engage with hotel business owners and constructors via cold call and in person appointments
- Align with the overall B2B Route-to-Market ensuring new business development
- Consistently look for areas of new growth in the Hotel business
- Evaluate both the current and future customer needs, interacting with all levels of the organization to drive volume and customized solutions
- Strategically research and act as the territory expert providing the top management with valuable feedback as to what drives customer decisions within territory
- Manage sales and execution performance against annualized goals, according to our commercial policy, within designated territory
Qualifications
- TEI / AEI Degree Preferred
- Traveling 30-40% required
- At least 5 years experience in B2B Sales new business development & cold calling experience, ideally in HORECA
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Knowledge of and/or experience with direct or independent National Accounts preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills required
