General Manager – Branch Manager

As General Manager you will profitably manage and develop the Turkish branch and its various subdivisions, such as Sales & Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance and special projects.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Lead and develop staff to their fullest potential
- Run a great organization where employees are motivated, effective and committed
- Manage all issues and reach effective solutions in cooperation with the President & Managing Director or/and the relevant Departments at the HQ in Greece
- Coordinate the Greek and Turkish human resources, in order to achieve synergies and results
- Monitoring revenues and billing on an ongoing basis
- Run a profitable branch
- Create new and further develop existing relationships with local key persons, organizations and authorities
Requirements are mainly:
- Proven track record of company management of at least 5 years
- BSc in Finance, Business Administration or Management
- MSc in Finance, Business Administration or Management
- Excellent use of English and MS Office
- Flexibility for travelling
Knowledge of the Turkish language will be highly appreciated.
